Day Overview
Day 1 – Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport where you will be welcomed by your local guide and transferred to Kahawa House. Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure to relax and prepare for the start of your safari adventure.
Day 2 – Karatu
Travel to Karatu, a charming town on the edge of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Settle into your lodge and enjoy the scenic highland surroundings.
Day 3 – Ngorongoro Crater
Descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable game drive. Explore this remarkable wildlife haven in search of lions, elephants, rhino, buffalo and a wide variety of plains game.
Day 4 – Serengeti Western Corridor
Transfer to the local airstrip for a light aircraft flight into the Serengeti. On arrival, transfer to Laba Migration Camp and begin exploring the vast plains on your first game drive.
Day 5 – Serengeti Safari
Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in the Serengeti, searching for wildlife including wildebeest, zebra, lion, cheetah and leopard across the iconic savannah.
Day 6 – Zanzibar
After a final morning game drive, fly to Zanzibar. On arrival, transfer to Pongwe Beach Lodge for the start of your relaxing beach stay.
