19 Day South Africa, Lesotho and Eswatini Group Tour

Day 1: Johannesburg

Arrive in Johannesburg and transfer to your hotel. Spend the day at leisure before meeting your guide and fellow travellers in the evening for a pre-departure briefing.

Day 2: Johannesburg – Graskop

Travel east into Mpumalanga, a region of dramatic mountains and forests, arriving in the escarpment town of Graskop at the gateway to the Panorama Route and Kruger National Park.

Day 3: Graskop – Hazyview (Panorama Route)

Enjoy a scenic drive along the Panorama Route, visiting highlights such as Bourke’s Luck Potholes and the breathtaking Blyde River Canyon before arriving in Hazyview.

Day 4: Kruger National Park

Spend the day on an open-vehicle safari in Kruger National Park, searching for Africa’s iconic wildlife in one of the continent’s most famous reserves.

Days 5–6: Eswatini – Mlilwane Game Sanctuary

Cross into the Kingdom of Eswatini for cultural immersion and nature experiences. Enjoy guided walks in Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary and a visit to a traditional Swazi homestead with local interaction.

Day 7: Eswatini – St Lucia

Return to South Africa, stopping at a craft market en route, and continue to the iSimangaliso Wetland Park, South Africa’s first World Heritage Site.

Day 8: Hluhluwe-iMfolozi & St Lucia Estuary

Explore Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Game Reserve in search of rhino, followed by a relaxing boat cruise on the St Lucia Estuary among hippos and crocodiles.

Days 9–10: Southern Drakensberg & Sani Pass

Journey to the Southern Drakensberg and take a thrilling 4×4 excursion up Sani Pass into Lesotho, visiting a Basotho village and enjoying panoramic mountain views from the highest pub in Africa.

Days 11–12: Wild Coast – Chintsa

Travel south to the unspoilt Wild Coast. Enjoy free time to relax on pristine beaches or take part in optional activities at your coastal lodge.

Day 13: Chintsa – Greater Addo (Zuurberg Mountains)

Travel via the historic Zuurberg Mountain Pass and enjoy a guided walk through rugged landscapes rich in history and natural beauty.

Days 14–15: Addo Elephant National Park – Tsitsikamma

Experience an open-vehicle game drive in Addo Elephant National Park, then continue along the Garden Route to Tsitsikamma for forest walks, coastal scenery and optional adventure activities.

Day 16: Tsitsikamma – Oudtshoorn

Cross the Outeniqua Mountains into the Little Karoo, visiting the Cango Caves and an ostrich farm in Oudtshoorn.

Days 17–18: Oudtshoorn – Cape Town

Travel to Cape Town via the Cape Winelands with a wine tasting en route. Explore the Cape Peninsula, including Chapman’s Peak, Cape Point and the penguins at Boulders Beach.

Day 19: Cape Town – End of Tour

Enjoy your final day at leisure in Cape Town, with the option to visit Table Mountain, before your transfer to the airport.
