Day Overview
Day 1 – Windhoek
Arrive in Namibia’s capital city, Windhoek, where you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. Spend the afternoon relaxing before meeting your guide and fellow travellers for a tour briefing ahead of your Southern African adventure.
Days 2–3 – Naukluft Mountains & Sossusvlei
Travel into the heart of the Namib Desert and stay surrounded by spectacular desert scenery. Explore the iconic dunes of Sossusvlei and Deadvlei at sunrise, visit the dramatic Sesriem Canyon and experience some of the oldest desert landscapes on Earth.
Days 4–5 – Swakopmund
Journey through the Namib-Naukluft National Park towards the Atlantic coast, stopping at Walvis Bay lagoon to spot flamingos and birdlife. Enjoy free time in the charming coastal town of Swakopmund, where optional activities include sandboarding, quad biking, kayaking, scenic flights and more.
Day 6 – Etosha South
Travel inland to Etosha National Park, one of Africa’s premier wildlife destinations. Relax at your lodge overlooking the surrounding bushveld or join an optional game drive for your first chance to spot Namibia’s incredible wildlife.
Days 7–8 – Etosha East
Spend two unforgettable days exploring Etosha National Park on exciting game drives. Search for lion, elephant, rhino, giraffe, zebra and many other species while visiting waterholes and taking in the vast landscapes of this famous reserve.
Day 9 – Rundu
Continue north towards Rundu and visit the Mbunza Living Museum for an authentic cultural experience with the Kavango people. Later, relax beside the Okavango River at your peaceful riverside lodge.
Day 10 – Divundu
Travel deeper into the Caprivi region, with the option to enjoy a morning river cruise before heading to your next lodge on the banks of the Okavango River. In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic sunset boat cruise to Popa Falls.
Day 11 – Bwabwata National Park
Explore the wildlife-rich Bwabwata National Park on a morning game drive through the Mahangu region. Keep an eye out for elephants, buffalo, antelope and abundant birdlife before returning to the lodge for a relaxing afternoon.
Day 12 – Maun
Depart Namibia and travel into Botswana to Maun, the gateway to the Okavango Delta. Spend the afternoon at leisure or choose an optional scenic flight for breathtaking aerial views over the delta.
Day 13 – Okavango Delta & Greater Moremi
Experience the magic of the Okavango Delta as you glide through its waterways in traditional mokoro canoes. Continue to your safari camp in the Greater Moremi region and enjoy an exciting evening game drive in search of nocturnal wildlife.
Day 14 – Moremi Game Reserve
Spend the day exploring the incredible Moremi Game Reserve on morning and afternoon game drives. This wildlife-rich area is renowned for excellent sightings of predators, elephants, antelope and prolific birdlife.
Day 15 – Nata & Makgadikgadi Pans
Travel east towards the vast Makgadikgadi Pans, once part of an ancient super lake. Visit the Nata Bird Sanctuary, where seasonal water levels attract flamingos and a variety of birdlife to this striking landscape.
Days 16–17 – Kasane & Chobe National Park
Journey to Kasane, gateway to Chobe National Park, famous for its huge elephant population. Enjoy a game drive through the park and a memorable sunset cruise along the Chobe River, offering exceptional wildlife viewing opportunities.
Days 18–19 – Hwange National Park
Cross into Zimbabwe and travel to Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe’s largest wildlife reserve. Enjoy guided game drives through diverse landscapes rich in wildlife, including predators, elephants and abundant birdlife.
Day 20 – Victoria Falls
Arrive at the spectacular Victoria Falls, known locally as “The Smoke that Thunders”. Explore the falls with your guide before enjoying a relaxing sunset cruise along the Zambezi River. Optional activities include helicopter flights, cultural tours and traditional dinners.
Day 21 – Departure
