Day Overview

Day 1 – Arusha

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport where you will be warmly welcomed by a local representative and transferred to Mount Meru Hotel in Arusha. The remainder of the day is at leisure to relax after your journey and prepare for the exciting safari adventure ahead.

Day 2 – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart with picnic lunch boxes and travel towards the world famous Serengeti National Park. Enter the park at Naabi Hill Gate before continuing with your first game drive across the vast plains, searching for lions, cheetahs, zebra, giraffes and many other species. Continue to Kirimu Central Camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 – Serengeti Safari

Enjoy a full day exploring the Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives. Venture deeper into the park in search of wildlife including elephants, lions, cheetahs, wildebeest, antelope and a variety of birdlife while taking in the breathtaking savannah landscapes.

Day 4 – Ngorongoro Crater and Karatu

After breakfast depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable game drive within this vast volcanic caldera, home to an incredible concentration of wildlife including lions, buffalo, elephants and zebra. Later continue to Ngorongoro Farm House for dinner and overnight.

Day 5 – Zanzibar

After breakfast transfer back to Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport for your flight to the island of Zanzibar. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your beachfront lodge in Pwani Mchangani to begin your relaxing beach stay.

Days 6 to 11 – Zanzibar

Enjoy days at leisure on the beautiful island of Zanzibar. Relax on white sand beaches beside the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean or take part in optional activities such as snorkelling, diving, spice tours, dhow sailing or exploring historic Stone Town.

Day 12 – Departure

At an agreed time you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight or journey home.
