Etosha Safari Lodge is a relaxed and welcoming property that provides an excellent base for exploring Etosha National Park. Its location just outside Andersson Gate makes access to the park very convenient, allowing for early morning game drives and easy returns after long days of wildlife viewing. Despite its accessibility, the lodge still feels peaceful and connected to the surrounding landscape, with elevated views across the mopane woodland adding to the atmosphere.
The overall design of the lodge is simple but attractive, blending natural materials with a comfortable safari style. The thatched chalets are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay without feeling overly formal. The rooms are well suited to travellers spending most of their time out on safari, providing a calm and practical space to relax in the evenings.
One of the standout features of the lodge is its communal areas and outdoor spaces. The main restaurant and terrace have beautiful panoramic views, particularly at sunset when the landscape takes on a golden glow. The swimming pools are also a welcome addition, especially after a hot day in the park, and help create a relaxed and sociable atmosphere throughout the property.
